How does Wild Card charge?#
Wild Card membership can be activated for either 1 year or 2 years. Using the Wild Card invitation code "LEIXUE" on Leixue can enjoy an instant discount of at least 1 dollar upon activation.
- 1 year for 11.99 USD (1 dollar off with invitation code "LEIXUE")
- 2 years for 16.99 USD (1 dollar off with invitation code "LEIXUE")
Transaction fee 0%, but for non-U.S. merchants/non-USD transactions, there is a 1% + $0.5 fee, for example, if you spend in British pounds or other currencies.
Recharge fee is 3.5%, and the unused portion can be refunded to your Alipay in real time, with no fee.

After using Wild Card for purchases, if the merchant initiates a refund, it generally takes 14-21 business days for the refund to be credited back, and a 2% fee will be charged for the refund.
When binding the card, the binding platform usually performs a small amount deduction verification, then reverses this deduction. During the reversal, a $1 cancellation fee will be incurred; if the deduction is less than $1, no fee will be charged.
If the merchant cancels this transaction and processes a refund, the same $1 transaction cancellation fee will also be charged.
Can Wild Card issue invoices?#
Wild Card is an overseas entity and can issue card activation receipts and monthly statements that can be reimbursed domestically.
The issuance entry is located in the upper right corner under "Settings" after logging in.
The generated receipt includes the card activation fee charged for the month and the fees incurred from recharges.

Can Wild Card receive payments/transfers?#
It can only be used for consumption, not for receiving payments or transfers.
What to do if the subscription fails?#
If you encounter a consumption failure, first check if there is a record of this transaction in the Wild Card transaction history. If there is, it means the transaction was successfully pushed to the bank; you can check the failure reason in the consumption details.
If there is no record, it means the transaction was directly intercepted.
If you are making payments through a proxy/VPN, and this proxy is used by many people, too many people using different cards under one IP is a typical hacker fraud behavior. Because once a hacker successfully makes a purchase, the loss is borne by the payment institution, so most of the time, the payment institution will intercept your consumption. The solution is to switch to a less crowded node or use a home network IP.
Alternatively, you can directly use in-app purchases through the Apple Store or Google Play to bypass this issue.
If the purchase was unsuccessful but the payment was deducted, will there be a refund?#
Yes, if your payment with Wild Card fails, or if you upgraded to ChatGPT Plus but the payment was deducted without the upgrade.
These types of deductions and payment failures will be refunded back to the card. However, the process is relatively slow, generally taking about 14-28 days.
